If you are into trying the non meat burgers, try the Spicey Black Bean burgers, they have the best taste to me. My son is a Vegetarian, and lives with me so I get to try lots of this sort of thing. Tried it myself for a couple of years but BBQ ribs drew me back into the meat eaters club.

OK, back from brunch with documentary proof! The first shows the notorious Morningstar links beginning their friendship with some small, dried, jalapeños from last season. The second shows one of my favorite iron skillets with the "full load": (imitation) sausage, peppers, eggs with salsa and melted cheese. The third is self explanatory. I figured I didn't need the grits this time. What self-control!

>>BBQ ribs drew me back

Get thee behind me ,,,,:) :) :)

Pam tried to get me (unsuccessfully) to eat the fake-meat thingies quite awhile ago.

I'll bet they've improved a lot since then.

Maybe time to give veggie-burgers and veggie sausage a try again

Keep in mind that these remarks come from a died-in-the-wool breakfast sausage fan and therefore YMMV.
