Chicken & Rice

This is a recipe that my wife and I enjoy when compamy is comming.

4 -1/2Chicken breasts (I skin mine)
2 cups minute Rice
1 pkg instant onion soup mix
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
4 cups boiling water

In a Large, greased casarole dish, lay a bed of rice with chicken on top. (skin side up)
Sprinkle onion soup mix over this.
Boil water. add mushroom soup mix.
Pour water over chicken and rice.
Sprinkle top with Tarragone and Peperika to make it look nice

Place in preheated 350 degree oven and bake for 1 hour or longer depending on thickness of breasts.
