I found this written down on a piece of scrap paper.--- Don't know the origin.

1/3 cup spicey Italian dressing
1/3 cup grated parmajon cheese
2 boneless chicken breasts
Shake and bake

Combine dressing and cheese.
Cut chicken breasts into 1/2 in strips and add to mixture.
Marinate in fridge 1 hour.

preheat oven to 425. Meanwhile, add marinated mixture to shake and bake and coat well. Place strips on cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes.

If in camp.... double wrap in tin foil and seal ends [leave lots of air space in package] and place on BBQ.

This process takes LESS time than my two finger typing. Stand back and watch the smiles.
