This is one recipe from http://www.internet-grocer.net/
that I truly love (and will die from with CA or stroke)

Beef Stroganoff

· 1 - 28oz. can Best Prices Signature Beef

· 8 oz. Sour Cream

· 1 - can Condensed Mushroom Soup

Heat mushroom Soup and natural juices from Best Prices Signature Beef together in deep pan (10 minutes approx.). Add Beef and heat through. Stir in sour cream and serve hot over egg noodles or rice. Preparation time: 20 minutes!

GREAT! Thanks a lot, now I am going to have to make beef stroganoff! Last time someone mentioned tacos and I just HAD to make those! At least with the stroganoff it is easy to reheat though.

I know there are persons who need to eat specific foods due to health issues or maybe just desire. I'm not one of those people (even though I should probably be for better health). And, this may be one of those recipes that's only eaten occassionally... or maybe only when camping. Whatever it sounds yummy and (most important to me) easy to fix. Thanks for sharing!

I'll leave you with two thoughts:

Exercise, Eat Right, Die Anyway

If we truly are what we eat, I'd rather be a bon-bon than a brussell sprout.

Why is it we eat differently when we go camping? I hardly every eat bacon. But I will fry some with eggs almost every day of a trip.

The stroganoff recipe can be done with 98% ff mushroom soup and ff sour cream... Makes it much more "heart healthy" and still very good...I do it with ground chicken (dh doesn't eat beef) and add either fresh mushies lightly "fried" up or a can of mushies.....

I kno w we eat different when we re camping--hamburger helper?? we NEVER eat that at home, but usually once camping!!!!!!

This might be a good side dish or appetizer to go with the stroganoff!

It is a loaf of bulk Italian sausage with cooked chopped bacon about a pound each wrapped with bacon and grilled. Yumm.
