1 large tomato cored and chopped about one half pound.one quarter snall sweet onion peeled and chopped about one half cup.one jalapeno pepper seeded and minced. one large clove garlic peeled and minced. combine all ingeriendtsin a medium bowl. salt to taste.add 2 teaspoons of chopped CILANTRO. Serve with chips.
