Cobb Grilling: Spicy Mussels in Green Curry

Here's another of my Cobb creations. For we Scampers... make the curry sauce ahead of time and freeze it in a ziploc bag. Shove that in the freezer and take it out the morning of cooking day. I suppose you could use frozen mussels, but I shudder at the thought! Best to find a good fish monger.

Just that crusty french bread. The mussels in the sauce with the beans pretty much makes a complete meal.
