Convection Oven

Got to use my convection oven. This is just a heating element and hot air, not an infrared like the expensive ovens. Works pretty well though, and lower wattage I guess.

How are you finding the use of the o/h outlet versus one at the countertop level, some of the electric appliances have a short power cord? Perhaps one of those power outlet strips to bring the power down to the appliance or an outlet on the face of the front where the drawers are? Your thoughts? BTW, nice looking dinner....

So far, all my appliances have long enough cords - but just barely. Them dangling down is something I really don't care for. I wish now I would have thought a bit more about outlets, their number and location. Not sure on the front of the cabinet is a good idea - you are just trading one place cords are in the way for another. Just above the backsplash would probably be ideal.
