My wife is aggravated that I ordered another DO this week. One is not enough. Heck I know some guys that have up to 15 different sizes of DO,s, cast woks, pots and pans, and all kinds of accessories. My answer to her was...honey do you want peach cobbler and ice cream after your stuffed boneless chicken. I believe I won her over to my thinking.

Donna posted this in other places.
I printed it off for reference.
It has 6 or 7 recipes and DO instructions.

Thank you for sharing your proven DO recipes. I added them to my files. I'm planning to keep the charcoal burning at my camps this year. I just built a 14" disk wok for my volcano grill yesterday. And found a flat folding charcoal lighter basket I just gotta own to save space.

Dutch Oven Cooking

Check out the Log Cabin Grub series of Dutch Oven cookbooks by Colleen Sloane (Amazon or Google search). I had the chance to meet and talk to Colleen and found her knowledge of DO cooking amazing.
