Kitchen utensils
I got a stainless steel utensil holder at Ikea that has holes all over sides & bottom, about 6"h & 4" across. I do a lot of cooking on the road and enjoy having wooden spoons, spatulas, whisk at hand and the container doubles as a colander for draining pasta, fruit, etc.

I bought the same one for the Scamp. Never thought about using it as a colander though. I like the idea of dual purpose. thanks for the idea.

I like that idea, Looks like it could hold a Tall Boy if needed and keep your hands warm.

I have both an Ikea and a Harbor Freight within 10 miles of me. Ikea has free breakfast for early shoppers and HF has free flashlights. Needless to say, I love both.

No Ikea in Vegas. The best we can do is look through the on-line catalog.

T.G. : that's the one, but I got it for 3.99 on special. Ikea has a lot of great space savers. If there isn't one near you, check out the website. If you can visit one on the road you will already have a list and a plan, and the food is good and reasonable.

All my air tools, motorcycle lift, engine lift, drill press and about 99% of my shop comes from Harbor Freight. To others - always read the reviews people write and make up your own mind. There is a money back guarantee BUT if you dont have your original reciept you are SOL. I've only taken back two or three things to date. I'm sure there are horror stories too.

Our daughter loves Ikea, but we've never been there. As for space saving utensils, we have a collapsible colander, dishpan, dish drainer, and bowls that we got at Camping World. I always had the impression that Harbor Freight had cheap Chinese stuff although I never bought anything there. My tools are from Snapon, Mac, SK, and my low end stuff is Sears.

Your tool line up would be preferable no doubt compared to Harbor Freight and Northern Tool. I did it out of necessity and not my first choice. With that being said if you watch what you purchase you are okay as they just take our good tools and do a Chinese knockoff at a ridiculous price.

Northern Hydraulic always sold small 5-10hp engines from name manufacturers like Honda, Kohler, Tecumseh. I wouldn't buy a small gas engine from HF. I wouldn't buy a machine tool from HF, well maybe a light duty drill press but not much other. I'd buy oil brushes, nitrile gloves, and expendable supplies. I'd buy a set of tire irons or a ball peen before I'd pay the tarif at a reputable industrial supply house. I'd buy a socket set but not a clicker torque wrench. I bought a bearing packer and bearing race setters just last fall. I didn't know they had kichen utensils. I like the dollar store for spatulas, dental floss, kichen/bathroom cleaners and, for the first time in my 65 yrs. on this planet, today I bought a dozen of those stretch elastic pony tail keepers. Guess what I paid? People ask me what I'm doing in retirement; I say growin my hair.

Groan, I'm within 3-4 miles of both Ikea and Harbor Freight. About the same distance from a Camping world, Lowes and Home Depot. I spend more time and more money at those stores than at the grocery store!
Harbor Freight sells a package of six micro-fiber towels about the size of a washcloth. PERFECT for putting on Red Max Pro. With a 20% off coupon, the package costs about $4.00

No kitchen utensils at Northern Tool that I know of, we just got off topic a little and confused you. Somehow we went from kitchen stuff to tools, guess we hijacked this thread, and it took less than one page.

I'm hitting HF tomorrow for some cheap stuff that always disappears around here: screwdrivers, pliers, work gloves, sm flashlights, scissors. With young adult kids, I find that basics disappear as fast as cookies did 15 or 20 yrs ago!

That's similar to my saying:
