Cherry Cheesecake Finger Snacks

Ingredients:
  1. one package of Graham Crackers
  2. one tub of Philadelphia (Ready-To-Eat) Cheesecake Filling
  3. one box of Danish Garden (Ready-To-Eat) Cherry Fruit Dessert

Robert found these items at our local 99 Cent Only store.

He cut each Graham Cracker along the scored line with a knife to insure they broke evenly.
He then spread the Cheesecake filling on each cracker-ette about 3/8" thick.
Then he spooned one cherry and a little sauce on top and arranged the snacks on a serving plate (or 2).

These were well received at the Lake Casitas rally.

Oh gosh, it sounds yummy. I feel my hips swelling. Can you eat it with a fork, oh no use the graham crackers as scoops. THAT'S THE TICKET!

Nice timing. I have to have something for our Canoe Club Christmas meeting and I was wracking my brain for a simple dish that I could do. Thanks a bunch.

Bummer.
You must have hit it right. All That I could get at the dollar store was crackers. The rest I had to use the grocery store at $3.49 per item. It's still good though.

Yep, our dollar store is such an adventure, we have to keep going back. He now prefers the flavor of mixing the cheesecake and cherry stuff, but I say keeping them separate is a better "presentation".
