Preheat oven to 350
Preparation 15 min
Take 1 lb of ground beef
Mix with one box chicken stuffing and one cup of water
Add one-half cup chopped onion[or more]
One tsp chili pouder[or more]
Cooking
Spoon into muffin pans and create a hollow in the centre into which you add one spoonfull of salsa of your choice. Pop into the oven and bake for 35 minutes.
These can be frozen for use later.

I'm always looking for new lunch ideas for my son instead of the usual fare. This is perfect!

Yup! it's in there. You just gotta read where it says....[and more]. I gave you the basic recipe, which is pretty good by itself. The salsa gives them a suprise in the tastebuds.
I don't know how long it would keep with the addition of eggs and turkey burger is too dry for my taste, but that's a personal thing. EH?

Jim served us this meatloaf at the Niagara Wine Trail weekend for the Pot Luck Dinner and it was very good.

Just add a baked potato with that and a cold drink and you are set.

I had it at the Niagara meet and thought it was the best meat served.
Made it the other night with a liberal addition of garlic and shaped as a single loaf. It was great again. This simple recipe is a keeper.
