I just got off the phone with Cornelia, the owner of Cobb Chef USA down in Louisiana. She is a Good Egg, to say the least. We must have been on the phone for well over an hour. She really, really, really, wants to reach out to the small-trailer community. And, in talking with her, she really IS our kind of people. One of the things she said that I really liked was the idea of a grill as a thing that brings people around the table. I liked that. You read so many of those grilling sites and it's all about competition and stuff like that. Anyway, she wants to open up a conversation with us...and that's pretty darn nice.
