Aged in the bottle----but not for long

Mine has aged two weeks now, and, by gum, it's getting even better.

Better have some--it's almost five o'clock!;)

Well, we just returned from a quickie campout at Illinois Beach State park ... right on Lake Michigan on the Illinois/Wisconsin border ...

And, yes, not too far from a Trader Joe's where, yes, my wife picked up another case of Two Buck Chuck ... this time, a case of Charles Shaw Sauvignon Blanc ... a crisp white wine in contrast to her red-two-buck-chuck buying spree.

Our basement has now been converted into a wine cellar.

Two Buck Chuck

Charles-congratulations on being a man ahead of his time(and that's not a five o'clock issue)!I was watching the American national news(ABC Affiliate I believe) the other night and they had a segment on "Two Buck Chuck" and how it is well received and potentially forcing other wineries to reconsider their pricing policies(for about 2 seconds I presume).I don't even drink but was impressed that I was able to follow the article. Thanks for the "heads up"-any other trends we should be watching for :)!
