BAKED STUFFED TURKEY
12 to 14 lb. turkey
2 cup melted butter
3 cup stuffing (Pepperidge Farm is good; prepare according to package directions)
1 cup uncooked popcorn (Orville Redenbacher's Low Fat)
Salt/pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
Brush Turkey well with melted butter, salt and pepper, reserving 1/4 cup of the butter to mix with the popcorn and stuffing.
Fill cavity with stuffing, popcorn, and the remainder of the butter.
Place in baking pan, put into oven.
Listen for the popping sounds.
When the oven door blows open and the turkey flies across the room, it's done.
