Cleaning Day (humor)

A little humor for your midweek. I present to you a drama about cleaning my 17' Casita.

Day 1: "Hmm, it's starting to look kinda bad in here."

Day 2: "When's the last time I did anything more than sweep the floor? Before I got to Utah."

Day 3: "Ugh, I hate cleaning. Well, maybe tomorrow."

Day 4: "Now where the heck is that shirt at."

Day 5: "I should really clean today. But I have X,Y, Z to do."

Day 6: "Wow, look at all that dust on those blinds..."

Day 7: "Okay that's it! Today I'm cleaning, I have five hours before my work camping shift, I should be able to get most of it done."

. . . one hour later . . .

"Huh, all done. That wasn't so bad."

Just one more reason why I love my small eggie. It never takes as long to clean up as I fear it will. Now if only I'd remembered this a week ago I would have had a clean RV earlier, haha.

If you're really in a hurry a leaf blower works great! I clean out my truck with it by opening all 4 doors and blast everything out the other side...........

Actually if you have a reversible hose set up on your shop vac you can blow all the big stuff out first, then swap the hose over and suck up the little stuff without unplugging...............

A leaf blower, haha, that's a good one Charlie.

My favorite pets have been dust bunnies Donna. Don't take up much space (which is at a premium in a 100 sq. foot home!) and the food costs are minimal. Gotta watch out for that infamous bunny fertility though... dust bunnies breed like, well, rabbits in here if I'm not careful...

Due to a fibreglass interior, Humpty Dumpty got a good hose down when I brought it home, but I suspect it was dirtier then most trailers:

Clean dishes? Clean or mostly clean clothes and bedding? Check. Check. Beverage of choice? Good book? Snacks? Check. Check. And check. Everything after that is bonus after the spring cleaning has taken place.

This view does not reflect the views of management (aka DW) but I'm working on it.

You're welcome jonnie.

David - Yeah, just a bit dirtier than most.

And good luck convincing management Roger, hehe.
