Coworkers

I saw a thread on here about something in the Catskills - which made me wonder - is that "Cats Kills" or "Cat Skills"?

Which reminded me - is it "Co-Worker" or "Cow-Orker"?

I know it is a cow? I now it is a cow? I know it is a co? I believe a kill is a river or channel of a stream as in Schuylkill. Now there used to be this joke and may still be about the Muskingum River in southeastern Ohio. Muskingum in the" white eyes" tongue means "by the banks of the river." When the" white guys" call it the Muskingum River, it literally means "by the banks of the river river."
