I just invented this one:

Paramount: a mountain that rides around in a white truck with flashing lights on top :lol2

Morgan .... Hey Zeus

Ok, Morgan, I get and appreciate the calling Zeus the dog "Hey Zeus" in spanish joke ... it took awhile, but I got it (although note to all: Morgan didn't tell me this joke, a play on the spanish word Jesus.)

But I gotta tell you ... I thought Paramount was a movie production company.

I need another clue here.

Call me dense. Well, I guess you already have ... so call me dense again.

Maybe we don't have white trucks in Illinois.

Let me give it a try

:wave
So if "para-medic" is a medic that rides around in a truck with emergancy lights on top and is not quite a Doctor.

a "Para-mount" might be a 'mountain' that is not quite a mountain that rides around in a truck with emergancy lights on top.

Pretty long stretch...:o

Like Michael said, Charles.

I didn't say I was a GOOD inventor (of jokes, that is). I once invented a high speed chad reader when I worked for General Electric, that was a good one. Florida needed one in 1999.

OK, here's one for the humourously impaired. :wak

Sarchasm: The gulf between the author of sarcastic wit and the person who doesn't get it.

[b]I got it! (So, it can't be [b]too long of a stretch!)

Morgan wasn't even the one that insisted on telling the “Hey! Zeus” joke! (If I recollect correctly.)

So easy to get things twisted!

Mary, I think both Charles and Michael were just jerking me around. At least I hope so :cblob

and to lighten things up...

An Atom is strolling down the atomic highway when he bumps into an Atom he knows.

He says hello and his friend responds with a weary greeting in return.

Sensing something amiss, he asks what's wrong. "I've just lost an
Electron" comes the dejected reply. "are you sure?" asks the first to which the second responded "Yes, I'm Positive"

Morgan knows I love him

>>jerking me around

:laugh :laugh :laugh

>>yes I'm positive

Dang, I knew I should have paid attention in class.

Let's see, when two atoms collide, you take away 1 electron from one of the atoms, which is neutral, or is it negative. Hmmm. Then you end up with a positive charge because the electron is negatively charge. This results in.....

Man, I'm no good at this thinking stuff

Get it?

I still don't get the first joke (if it is one)

#@%$! I can't even make out what that is in Morgan's avatar.

But.....

The Jesus joke was good.

Like the Mexican fireman who had twin boys. He named the first one Jose. So what did he he name the other one?
