Christi,

That's the way we grew up. Chores to do around the house, but by today's standards, tremendous freedom. Had to be home for dinner by 6PM. In the summer time the whole day was open. Many whole days spent fishing or horseback riding. There were times when, just exploring the countryside around Ellensburg, Wash., I rode my bicycle 50 miles from home before turning around to meet that dinner deadline. It seems today, kids either find trouble, or it finds them. It is truly a different time.
Ann and I well remember those "good old days" and everything on the list.

Thanks for rekindling some fond memories,
Kurt & Ann K.
