A friend sent this to me:

ACCIDENT IN TEXAS: YOU HAVE TO LISTEN!
This is so funny and his laugh is contagious! Close your eyes and just picture what he is watching...it's even better than a video clip!!!
You've got to listen to this! It's a phone call from a man in Texas who witnessed a car accident involved 4 elderly women. It was so popular when they played it on CHUM FM that they had to put it on their site.

Unhappy

Good thing that happened in Texas.

In California, the guy would have sued the ladies for assault...
...and probably won.

Apparently, there was a state trooper nearby who saw this whole event. He captured it on his car cam. Its being shown to law enforcement people all over. I think the caption they use is something like, "What Would You Do?".

There were no complaining citizens. The ladies handled the matter to their satisfaction. The guy who caused the accident high-tailed it out of there and didn't file a complaint later. The trooper who told me about seeing it said that in this case getting involved would have only meant more paperwork for the officer. He described the tape to me and said that when the passenger with the pocketbook cold cocked the guy he whipped around, hit the ground and never got back to his feet. He had to crawl away.
