Great persons are able to do great kindnesses.

When I was young, I used to admire intelligent people; as I grow older, I admire kind people.

Kind words do not cost much. Yet they accomplish much.

Kindness can become its own motive. We are made kind by being kind.

Those who bring sunshine into the lives of others, cannot keep it from themselves.

Kindness is the golden chain by which society is bound together.

Kind words can be short and easy to speak, but their echoes are truly endless.

My religion is simple, my religion is kindness.

Be kind to unkind people - they need it the most.

I always prefer to believe the best of everybody, it saves so much trouble.

Kindness: A language the deaf can hear and the blind can see.

Don’t wait for people to be friendly, show them how to be.

The kindest word in all the world is the unkind word, unsaid.

Life is short, but there is always time enough for courtesy.

Be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a harder battle.

Remember that everyone you meet is afraid of something, loves something and has lost something.

Open your heart - open it wide; someone is standing outside.

A bit of fragrance always clings to the hand that gives roses.

Six essential qualities that are the key to success: Sincerity, personal integrity, humility, courtesy, wisdom, charity.

Wherever there is a human being, there is a chance for a kindness.

Remember there’s no such thing as a small act of kindness. Every act creates a ripple with no logical end.

Donna,

Your posting is neither a joke, a story nor a tall tale -- it is Words of Wisdom, to live by.

Thanks for the uplift.
