I saw this in another thread, and thought of all the sayings that elicit either a smile or a groan .
I'd like to see if we can collect them all in one thread.

Like the name of my trailer, after the joy I have for camping in Fiberglass: [b]Eggstacy

Who's next?

You shouldn't anthropomorphize your trailer; she doesn't like it.

It doesn't take much to egg us on, does it?

fiberglassers get more fiber! And they think outside the box!

People who live in FG trailers shouldn't throw stones. Or eggs, either.

Are FG trailers everything they're cracked up to be?

What do you call an outing for FG'ers at the chinese restaurant? An egg-roll.

I had to scramble to think these up. (Omeletting you think it was difficult.) Actually I'm sure I have poached some jokes from past posters, but hopefully they won't get eggravated with me.

okay...ya'll asked for it...

There is a religion..."Eggnogsticism is a monotheistic religion that centers itself around the belief that, in our lives, there exists a supreme eggnog. Also central to Eggnogsticism is the belief that true understanding only comes from direct experience of the eggnog.

Making egg puns is eggsactly what you'd eggspect of an Eggnogstic. After all, the name of their religion is a perfect eggsample of an egg pun. Egg puns are an eggstremely important part of Eggnostic belief, and those who mock them should be eggscommunicated. They should be given no chance to eggsplain themselves; mocking an egg pun is ineggscusable behavior."

I didn't make this up...someone else did...

Eggnogstics... is that what we are? We certainly shell out plenty for our hobby. And we fellowship with fellow eggnogstics, so as not to be unequally yolked.

Indeed, I just can't get eggcited about stick trailers any more. Guess I've become an eggomaniac. It's surprising how many of us have eggomaniacal tendencies. We obsess about 'em, give 'em names. Speaking of which, has anyone named their egg "Shelly"?

Since Burros sound a bit Southwestern, I think I'll name our Burro with a Spanish emphasis: "Mi Shell". Y'all come visit; mi shell es su shell.
