OK, here is the California plan.
First we have Beautiful sunny weather for the New Years Rose parade to bring out all easterners who want to get away from the snow.
Next we collect taxes for all the homes, cars, and new surfboards bought.
Then we start feeling there are too many people here and so the plan is to send them back home. So we have a few little earth quakes. That helps but not enough.
The next step is to sweep the land with Blazing Fires. Now that gets every ones attention.
There are those that still won’t go back home so we have a big earth quake. Now this does two things - it
brakes up the dirt clouds and scares the BeeGeebies out of everyone, except the natives.
So to keep the outflow working we have rains. I mean real rains. This country is not ready for rain and so everything floods.
With the rain we have Surf. The Pacific is ready to eat California. Houses
fall into the sea. Coastal US Hwy #1 falls into the ocean. Now this shakes up this most ardent hold out.
But yet there are more...
So in December we have Mud Slides. 4 foot walls of mud coming down the 13,000 foot mountains (remember the fires & the earth quake
cloud busters) grabbing houses and washing them away finally does the trick.
All this helps the economy. Construction is booming every spring.
Now everyone watch the New Years Rose parade. It is not allowed to rain on New Years in Pasadena, California.
