Don't forget, you are looking in prime season in Canada. Demand is high and supply is low.
You may find better results in the late fall
or early winter. People may be done with camping and don't want the expense of yet another winter storage.
The seasonal demand is influenced by where in North America the trailers might be located. If you watch long enough like I did, you will start to notice the patterns.
Look at every trailer you can and be prepared to jump up and travel. I drove 8+ hours one way to get my first one, and 5 hrs one way to get my second.
I don't know if you want to travel as far as MI, one of our members here mentioned to me last month they had a 16' Casita
they described as a "fixer upper" they were going to sell. Reasonably priced.
