13' with a toilet are a tough find. You may need to wait a bit and drive a long way. :-)
Keep watching here
There is though a *very* nice 15' with a bathroom for sale in Washington. Details here

I saw an ad for one in Phx, but the phone number listed was missing a digit and no other contact info. bummer. I would consider going larger, it's all about tow weight (and a little about clearance, my husband doesn't want to give up the tent so I want to be able to "get out there" as much as we've done w/ my CRV) I would really love to have one by early Oct......

Was it this Craigslist one? If so can you not just click on the "reply to" in order to send them an email asking for the correct phone number?

I have a 13ft Scamp with toilet, shower, fridge, AC, 19inTV, water heater, cooktop, generator, deluxe interior with 54in bed, etc. Ready to travel, just got in from a 4408 mile trip last night.

Hey, Thanks! I'll give that # a try. The 2nd one you mentioned didn't pick up or repond to a message... I'll keep hoping!

I'm wondering, you say it must have a toilet... if you don't require a shower or a privacy room, you can buy a trailer without bathroom and then simply add a port-potti. Just a thought that might widen your field of selections.

Unfortunatley, I'm not a big fan of porta potties. I know it really limits me, but a friend bought one that was "almost " what she wanted and is not satisfied. I'd rather wait if I have to.

Mine has the ceramic toilet, quality stuff there. It has Air Conditioner, Furnace, toilet, shower, bathroom sink, kitchen sink, water heater, awning, three way fridge, factory screen door, brand new 19 inch TV, all new curtains, Honda 2000 watt generator, and of course fresh water tank with electric pump and black water tank. New spare tire with cover, deluxe wood interior means the optional wide 54inch bed also. I bet you cannot beat it for my price of $7500. Still getting unpacked, will add some photos later.
See my trip report in the camping trip section above.

If you haven't done so already, I suggest that you try on a couple of 13' SCAMPS, one with a loo, one without. We just sold our 2007 13' Scamp with a bathroom and one of the biggest reasons for selling was the loo, it just takes up to much space. With that wall there you loose a lot of living space, unless you want to dine in that "other" room that is...

You can't scare me with limited space! My camping currently involves a 7 lb backpacking tent and the great outdoors for kitchen and bathroom. We mostly camp "at large" and not in campgrounds and it would be nice not to climb out of the tent, in the dark, cold, whatever to answer the call of nature...
