Hello , We are interested in buying a used trailer. Any lightweight fiberglass from 2006 and up. Thank you and hope to hear from any sellers!

Hi Diana, welcome to FiberglassRV. I hope you hear from some sellers, but truthfully you'd better do most of the searching yourself. Good used trailers sell quickly. The standard line is "You Snooze, You Lose." Along with checking the Member For Sale forum here and the Referrals, be sure to check: Molded Fiberglass Trailers | Fiberglass RV's For Sale

Good luck on your egg hunt

Hello Donna,
Thanks for your reply and the kind welcome message! I can see that it is very hard to find the used trailers. What do you think, or anyone else , of the new fiberglass Bobcat travel trailers? They are actually available around here, in Idaho. Lightweight but not as light as the scamp and the casita.
Called the scamp factory and Jim gave me the name of a new scamp owner not too far from where we live. So will take a look and then decide about the drive to Minnesota to pick it up.
I see you are in an 88 , how does that compare to the new ones?
I appreciate your input. Diana

Diane, I love my ole Scamp. It's clean, everything works and it's been well cared for. Best of all... it's paid for! Scamp hasn't changed much of anything in the 16 foot trailers between my 1988 and the 2012 versions.

You may get some comments here about the Bobcat, but since this is a forum with a focus on molded trailers, you may get more answers at these forums:

IRV2 and Open Road Forums on RV.net

Good luck!
