Looking for a trailer with bunks

Hi, I am looking for a trailer under 3500 lbs, with bunks, sleep 4 people, any condition.

Parkliners have a bunk bed option along with a queen size bed.

Casitas can be had with bunks on one end and a double bed on the other end along with a side dinette that can be made into a bunk.

A Boler and or a Scamp 13' or 16' will give you a double bed/dinette at the rear and bunks at the front.

A good spot to look for fiberglass trailers for sale in Canada is here

Same for 17.5 Bigfoots and, with the optional overhead bunk can sleep 5. But, as I have learned, they can get a tad heavy. Great quality build though, Also check on "fiberglass-rv-4sale.com", in the Canadian section.

Raymond, I know you said you wanted bunks but there is a very cool and rare trailer for sale on the island currently. It has a large bed in the back but the front dinette is set up to sleep two people separately and it has a bathroom and its on the light side A fully loaded one weighed in at the Bandon Oregon meet last year at 2420 lbs on the axle and 320 tongue weight for a total of 2740

The ad for it is here.

BTW a number of small Sufsides which we have a lot of in BC, also have front bunks.

Thank you for all the suggestions. Carol, I went and checked out the Bonair trailer, because of the shape, the inside was a bit small for four of us plus a cat. Casitas with the bunk option is a very good one, but it is very hard to find one in BC. Are there any other wide body trailers with bunk beside the 17' Bigfoot?

Try this page. There's a bunch of trailers in Canada. Also can't you buy in the US? Craigslist has some in Washington state.

I have been looking at that site and other different sites for awhile now, still searching for the right one with no luck. I live in Victoria BC, and have to take the ferry to go to the Mainland or the USA.

What is the GVRW or the loaded weight of a 1987 19' bigfoot?

There are also the 17 ft wide body Burros but you would be more likely to find one in the states than Canada.

I am quite fond of the Trillium 4500. It is 15', has a bunk up front, with generous dimensions, and almost a queen sized dinette. It is even available with an additional bunk above the dinette, so it could sleep six. Very light.

Unfortunately none have been weighed and put on our list but we have a lot of Bigfoots attend our meets in BC. I great deal will have to do with what options it has as to what it really weighs. AC, awnings, size of fridge, does it have an oven and not just a stove, duel propane tanks etc will all add up fast. If I had to guess I would tend to think they are at least 3500lbs - may be more -even a lot more - there was a 17.5 weigh in at 4400lbs - but no way of knowing why it weighed in that heavy though. The Bigfoots do tend to come in a bit heavier than many other models of fiberglass trailers.
