New to this so bear with me. Recently retired so I have a lot more time to be gone, and I intend to be gone. Plan to do a lot of "boon docking" I have never
owned a travel trailer and I think an "egg" would provide a good base camp for backpacking and hiking and anything else I want to do.
I will be traveling alone most of the time (I tried to get the wife to retire too). I think what I need is a 16 or 17 ft with a refrigerator
and a toilet, don't want to rough it to much.
I like to buy used (best bang for the buck) probably 2000 or newer.
What do I need to look out for in a used trailer, don't want to buy something for $7000 and find out I need to put another $3000 into it.
If you have any thoughts on my plans or helpful hints on what to look for I would appreciate them.
