Yes, lucky indeed that it is a 2 hour drive to pick it up. Buy it now is a good thing, too.

I was torn about getting one that needed more work versus getting one that doesn't need much - maybe a few things to make it 'mine'. I was obsessing too much! It feels good to have the search over.
