Looking for my first fiberglass camper :)

I was browsing online, and I came around to this very helpful forum . First of all, thank you very much for letting me be a new member. I'm looking for my first baby... I'll be towing it with a Lexus 250. Its limited tow weight is 2000 lb. So I guess any 13' scamp, burro, cloud, or small travel trailer will do it. I'm so excited and ready to get the right fit for me. I have traveled half of the US with a pop up ( I know you guys like pict, so I'll try to post some). Im in Las Vegas, NV so I will need something in the 300-400 miles radio!! I'd like to get a camper around 2-3k $$$. I just need the basic, and I'm looking forward to get my hands and fix my new baby

Need: 13' camper
Near: Las Vegas, NV. but willing to meet half way or travel 200miles or so
Money to spend: less than $3000

Hi Carol!!! I already had my eye at fiberglass-RV-4sale .
I texted Ken for his 73 Compact yesterday, but I got no response. Maybe he got confuse because I still have same phone number I had when I was living in Fl. I'll send him a message this time. His camper looks really nice.

Still looking :'(. I actually drove 600 miles on Tuesday to pick up a 13' scamp. When I got there they told me they had sold it already!! What's? I had spoken to the lady the day before and I told her I was going to be there early Tuesday. I had to call out work. When I call the lady outside her house, husband answered saying that they had sold the camper long ago. Can't trust Craigslist sometimes... Well, gotta keep looking....

LOL thats what "East Coasters" say when they are looking to buy. The great deals are on the west coast or midwest, down south, Canada, etc.........

I know it doesn't seem like there are any great deals in your area, but believe me the minute you drive a long way to buy your perfect trailer, as I did. 2 or 3 will come up for sale right in your own town. That's what happened to me, drove to Vegas to buy my Casita and within a week there was 2 Casita's for sale within 60 miles of me here in CO. Still think I got the best one for me. Hang in there, the search is part of the fun. Because you need to stay within a 2000 pound tow cap your search will be a lil harder but eventually you will find the perfect trailer.

Sorry that your potential purchase fell through but honestly, these trailers sell fast. Usually within hours of coming up for sale.

Thank you PaPa. Your Scamp looks amazing, however, I'm looking for something around 2-3k.
