Looking for a 13 ft. with small dinette up front or one that can be converted. (Burro, etc) No bathroom wanted, needs functional electrical. Will travel for the right trailer. Will do minor repairs but we are not looking for a project. Thanks for any response!

I understand. I looked for almost 2 years before I decided that a new one was worth the price. However to get a front dinette on 13' requires one of the rare units that somebody has modified or you'll have to do the modification yourself. The modification isn't that easy either on most units.
At any rate good luck on finding what you want. What ever you get you'll enjoy.

Becky, there's a 13 foot Casita in Lakewood, CO: 1988 13' Casita trailer | Lakewood, CO | Fiberglass RV's For Sale looks like a nice one and the price is lower than your expectations! Oh wait, it has a T&S... no way to put in a front dinette. Sorry.
