Christina, hello there from Omaha Nebraska! I have a 13ft burro with bunks and a regular bed that I am preparing for sale soon. I am finishing it off with some replacement parts(ceiling vent and ceiling insulation and carpet) and then welding new jack footings on the support jacks. It has a heater, fridge, sink, stovetop, new goodyear tires including the spare. I am waxing it again and resealing the caulk in a few places. The wheels have been repacked with new bearings and other than mild aging it is in very good condition. It is too small for my family now that we have three little ones and we must move up in size. The only thing I am stuck on is the seat cushions, as the covers are in need of replacement. I have not received an answer from burro yet as to the cost, but when I find out, i can deduct that cost from my starting price. Anyway, if you are interested, let me know and we can discuss it some more. I plan on listing it here and on ebay in less than two weeks. drbelitz[at]hotmail.com
