Trillium 4500 with wrecked gaucho, or saging roof

I know, kinda strange looking for specific defects.

I would like to install a front bath / shower in a Trillium 4500. I intend to do something like the units that Tom Young sells with a front bath. The bulkhead that I will install would take care of any sagging roof, and I will be removing the gaucho as well.

I don't have allot of money, I am looking to spend around $3000 for a rough unit that I can fix up. A working 3-way fridge and gravity furnace would be nice too.
