I want to full time in Albuquerque, NM for 4 months this winter. I'll be starting out in Bay Area California (Sausalito). Ideally California or southern Oregon, maybe western Nevada pickup. I have a small tow vehicle so 16' or heavy 13's are probably out, which is sad because I'd love a potty and shower. Think around 1500lbs with some gear in it is my limit. Not sure how well a porta potty will work long term! I'm sure I can retrofit some makeshift shower, but already having a water heater and pump would be less work and cost for me. I don't mind a fixer upper as long as the price reflects the condition. I may be able to scrape together more money for the right trailer, in the right place, with the right equipment. Hot water heater, furnace
and electronic brakes
are big pluses, but I can install those myself if need be.
Any and all suggestions for fulltiming
strategies in a 13' without factory potty and shower are welcome!
And good facilities to park in around Albuquerque also welcome.
