Red face Wanted 13' in OR

Burro, Boler, Trillium, etc

Essentials: Floor plan w/ 2 person dinette or potential for oneŚwe want to keep the bed down, no soft spots on floor, functional water, electric, etc. vent/fan without AC.

Prefer: Brakes

I didn't know there was such a thing as a 13' with a side dinette. Anyone know different? I always thought it needed to be at least a 16' for that. As far as I know Casita is that way.

You're right Gene about the side dinette, but many have converted the front gaucho to a dinette. I think Becky is looking for one already done, or perhaps one she can do herself.

Love this place & still looking

That's right Donna. We are hoping for a small place to sit and keep a bed set up. However I'm beginning to feel "A day late and a dollar short is my nickname".

I have converted the double bed area into the following: two person dinette, four person dinette and a u shaped sofa. I also added two table extensions that flip up or fold down. If you wanted to leave the bed down one person could eat off the table extension.
