Good Morning ~ I am selling a 1983 13' Burro. It is a bare bones model with New floor, structurally sound, dry. The Burro can be modified, add a window air conditioner and brake control, etc. customize to your needs...it is extremely lightweight, maybe 1200 lbs. and does not have a brake currently. NaturesAntiques@gmail.com My location is Front Royal, Va. 22630

Brenda - let me know what you find. Am thinking the same way. These small fiberglass trailers should come with that.

Brenda,
Most 13'ers never came with an A/C, nor were they designed for one. The majority of those out there with A/C are owner mods, some of which are rather ... questionable on quality. You may want to look into the various A/C mods to determine what you would accept or determine how you would do your own.

I agree with Roy. That said, the potential buyer does not mention her budget. If the budget allows for a trailer that is near new then factory A/C may be available. At least the roof may be structured to support a roof top RV AC.
