I hope you aren't expecting much of a price reduction in looking for a "Pre-Owned" Lil' Snoozy.

1. There haven't been out that long, so there aren't many used ones, or any that have more than a few years on them.

2. Due to lead time for new FGRV's in general, used ones often bring close to new prices right now, the peak of the buying season, for those willing & eager to pay for "Instant Gratification".

3. FGRV's just don't depreciated like sticky's and vehicles. Recently a 10.y.o. 13' Scamp was sold for about 75% of it's new counterpart. Come next month, used FGRV prices will get to what some will call "Obscene".

And keep in mind that most Lil' Snoozy's are all electric. While this is a plus for some, it is a big minus for others.

But Good Luck.....

Thanks,

All good points. I've been communicating with several owners who are considering selling theirs, will have to see how it all works out.

I like not having propane! Propane furnaces are too noisy, Propane Fridge are too temperamental, not to mention the extra holes required to cut in the sides of your RV and the extra tongue weight of one or two propane bottles. I do like propane cook stoves but a portable can cover that need.

Talked to Richard at the begining of the month and he said they were 6 weeks out in their builds.

The issue about all-electric is forever on-going, but that's a matter of personal choice and camping style. We are out at least monthly, have a 30 day trip planned for next month, and we never have to look for sites having hook-ups and only have them by chance wherever we land.

But we always have ice cold food, a hot stove, a warm and toasty furnace when needed, hot water for washing & showers, and never have to observe generator hours or be concerned with the noise many make, much less have to carry a can of fuel for one. But that's our style.

And as mentioned on TV: "Propane, the fuel of the future" LOL
