The mirrored cabinet doors are an option. We aren't going to order those.

We finally placed an order for the Oliver Elite ll. Pick up will be in early February. Looking forward to it. Will be selling our Casita shortly before that.

The "mirrored" overhead cabinet doors are only one of several different color options (ours are black.)

You were apparently looking at the Elite I Oliver if it "had no more space than a Casita." Had it been an Elite II, you would have quickly realized that it is considerably longer (the aisle width is essentially the same in both.)

We love the Casita and we will love the Oliver. However, We had no table in the Casita with the king bed left up. No where to sit except on the bed. With the Oliver, we will have a dinette area even with the king bed left made up. Thats huge to us because we were up in Oregon for a couple of months in February and it rained almost every day. We were stuck on the bed. Im lookung forward to a bigger kitchen and a pantry!!! We went with white doors, not the mirrored ones.

We too own a 17ft Casita and are considering getting a bigger trailer. Our Casita is a fine trailer but we take longer trips (30 to 60 days) and it lacks the necessary storage space and has a cramped feeling after a while . Since there are only two FG trailer manufacturers that make trailer above 19 ft ( Escape & Oliver ) , the choices are limited. One brand has a more reasonable price but has definite quality / build issues . The other has great quality and a high price to go with it. My wife and I are in our late 60's and spending the money on a bigger trailer at our age may not be a smart investment.
Spending 40 or 50 K on a trailer to have it sit in our driveway due to health issues is a concern . Just more for us to think about over the looooong Wisconsin Winter.
