Thank you, I have been in the area many times and it is indeed beautiful, but I do not have the time to travel that far at this time. Even my 500 mile limit is pushing it. Hoping someone closer who is looking to sell contacts me as a result of this ad.

I have listed my Hunter Compact II at this site. Search for Linda Burns and it should pop up. Lots of pictures and lengthy description. I am near Barstow, CA.

Linda, you have it listed in your Registry rather than the For Sale forum, you really need to get it listed there

I've tried several times to post in the For Sale section, but keeping getting the following error, stating I need a
"Thread prefix". Any idea what that is or where I'd get one? Thank you for your help. Obviously, I need it.

Thank you for reaching out, but I am no longer in the market for a Hunter or Trails West trailer. I looked for a way to delete this ad but I did not see a way to do so. Thanks again.

You have inadvertently posted your question in a thread about trailers for sale and wanted. You might want to repost in one of the Maintenance forums. Just click on Forums>>>select the one you want to post in>>>then select New Thread>>> and repost.

BTW: I don't know what "Diamond Tack" is, are you asking about "Diamond Tuck" upholstery?

"BTW: I don't know what "Diamond Tack" is, are you asking about "Diamond Tuck" upholstery?"
I think it refers to the Diamond Tuck wall covering that was optional in the smaller FG trailers. A lot of boat people refer to it as Diamond Tack for some reason.
I have an actual title to my Campster. Now I have to get my butt in gear and start working. I want to use it this summer. Might be primitive :-D

OK, if you are looking for upholstery material identical to what was put in the 70's campers like my Hunter it might be difficult to find.

BUT... look into some of the commercial auto fabric suppliers, such as J&J Auto Upholstery, in Rialto, CA. They stock a wide selection of custom upholstery and foam lined headliner material, both for restoration, as well as the "Custom Look" currently popular with some groups in SoCal. If you can send Joe a pic of what you are looing for, if it exists on the planet he will find it. Here's a link :
Automotive-Marine Vinyl and Upholstery Supplies
They will send out samples.
Good luck and let us know what you find

Hi Dennis, you may want to post this in the for sale section as you should get a better response, it's kind of hidden in this post.
