Send a message via Skype™ to Richard Hayes
The hinges are available thru Joe Theon at Trillium/Outback. I emailed him, he clled me, and the hinges are in the mail. Nice guy, good conversation with him - very helpful. Google "trillium trailers calgary", use the email link in the contact us section...

Hi David, just called Joe and left a message leaving my home phone number, the fact that I need a set of hinges for a Trillium 1300, and telling them that I got their number from you. Hope that helps, and thanks for the information. I'm also going to try sending them an e-mail as Richard has suggested. Maybe by doing both I will get somewhere. Fingers crossed!!!

Thanks Richard. Going to do that right now. Hopefully that combined with the voicemail I left them will get me somewhere.

Just spoke with someone a Trillium Outback and ordered the hinges! They're out of stock at the moment, but are willing to direct ship to me! Awesome!

Try Tom @ TrilliumRV he is in Ontario now and did have a spare set with him the last time I talked to him. I'll send you a PM with his Cell #. He's in cottage country so expect to leave voice mail.

I am back-ordered with McMaster-Carr for one door hinge for my ’78 Trillium 1300. I got the last one (3/8” offset) they had in stock. Rep at co. seems confident that their order for more from mfr. (Kason) will be filled within two weeks. I have my fingers crossed...Kason no longer lists the 3/8” offset on their web page info.

Hi Marv, apparently Trillium Outback will have more stock this coming week and is going to ship my hinges directly to me. If you have no luck with your back ordered ones, try them. They tell me that they had the hinges recast and that they are the Kason #139 with the 3/8" offset. Hope that helps!

Just got a shipping notice from McMaster Carr. My hinge is on the way! Perhaps Trillium Outback’s efforts with Kason has helped us all. Anyone interested in getting these hinges from McMaster Carr needs to go to this website: McMaster-Carr

Then enter 1276A52 in the “Find” box in upper left corner of that page. (3/8” hinge is not listed in their catalog.).

Thanks to P. Raz for her tip in her posting on 12/30/2011.

Well, here are the before and after pictures of my trailer door... If I knew how to post the pictures in the gallery, I'd upload all the ones I have that cover the refurbishing of my trailer. What do you think of the repair?

And here is the before and after of the trailer itself...

Hi Roy... I don't know what happened... They were there yesterday right after I posted, but then they somehow disappeared. I'll try again... The door:
