Funny though as I am actually quite partial to the old ones but for a Trillium not a Boler.

That Trillium front window cover is HUGE. Much larger than my front Boler window (22"x 44").

Kent, you are only about 4 hours from the Scamp factory. They are about 1hour south of Bemidji MN, you can drive there for the price of the shipping. I had one shipped to me and it wasn't cheap and the box companies are about a hundred dollars a year.

Scamp is located in Backus, MN, about a 6 hour drive + time at the border. I would need more reason than the window cover for that to be worth it.

"box companies are about a hundred dollars a year" ??? Not sure what that means, the shipping receivers at the border charge $5.00/package.

I am sure my best bet, if I order one from Scamp is to have it shipped to the border shipping receiver, then make a run to the border when it arrives.

That or make my own... hmmm, I just need to find a fiberglass shower or tub surround, preferably in white!

Also (as Alf suggested) I don't think most Bolers use a window cut out to hold up their water tank, none that we have seen anyways (70's models in BC).

Does your front window need to be replaced? Because if by any chance it did, you could use it as a mold & create a cover with fiberglass if you are handy.
Looking for a how to make the gravel cover with an old window. Does it need to be fiberglassed before For extra strength? Can you only buy the hinges that scamp? Iím from Alberta so itís costing more in shipping then it is for the actual part. Hoping to make this on my own
