Kitchen window hardware

Hi, I am looking for the hardware for the small kitchen window in my Boler 1300. It will catch enough to close, but on opening it just flaps and hangs there. The glass and seals are sound. Thanks

Hi Lisa, I had the same problem in my 77 Boler. The arm needs to be fixed inside the rail. I found this small friction pad, $3.45, that worked well. Once I figured out how to insert it, it slides really well and keeps the window shut. Give it a try. Jamie

Does this only work on the small windows, or should I get some for my two other windows by the dinette? Might be worth it to have them and save some shipping?

I am fairly sure you are looking for a R7032 Operator, Awning Window or Vent. Maybe search the internet for a closer supplier but here is an example I quickly found
http://www.doorandwindowparts.com/r7...rm-p-4015.html
or
http://www.technologylk.com/crl-awni...-lk-R7032.html

You may also find the operator is the same as those found on current roof vents, may be worth looking at your local RV parts department.

Hi Lisa, I think the friction pad only works on the smaller door and kitchen windows with an arm that raises and lowers the window. The side windows have a knob mechanism, not an arm. At least that's what I have on my trailer. Yours could be different. I may have ordered other things at the same time as the friction pad to save shipping. I can tell you it was totally worth it! The friction pad works great. Because it is nylon, it should last a long while. Good luck!
