Well I have finally replaces the broken windows on the thriller triller . Big thanks to Michael Singer for the new glass .
Now to rebuild the window protection...think it's a good place to install a flexible solar panel 😀 ...I hope 😉

I have just purchased a '76 Trillium 1300 - the rock guard frames on the outside left and right vertical are split due to damage in the ice storm of 2013. The filon is missing/damaged(yellowed) but the centre flat piece is still there just very yellow. Any suggestions for repairing/replacing it would be appreciated! Thanks!

As far as I know, the ripply, (clapboard?) stuff is no longer made. Filon is still made however. It can be obtained in flat sheets that come in a variety of colors and styles:

What should a person use for the caulking in between the aluminium frame and fibreglass body ? The stuff I removed was similar to window caulking from years ago .

To seal a window, go to an RV parts department and ask for butyl tape. It comes in rolls. Get the 1" wide roll.
