Screen Door for Scamp 13'-1979

Does anyone in ontario, canada have any idea (other than minnesota), where i can get a screen door for my '79-13ft Scamp?. I've seen the bi-fold door posted here on FBRV and i know i could get it shipped from Scamp $$$. Thanks in advance.

You could always make one from scratch…depends how handy your hubby is or if you have a friend who is a carpenter…I'd like to put one in my Trillium too!

I have some other screen door options for Boler's on my website but they would work on your Scamp

Scamp's design would not be hard to copy, as all of the components are standard hardware store stock. If you want to go that route, PM me and I would be happy to send you some detailed pictures.

The weak spot in Scamp's design is the sliding track at the top. Member Donna D. eliminated the track by upgrading the hinges. See post #19 here:
Adding a screen door on a Scamp 13
If I were starting from scratch I would do that, and I would also incorporate a solid kick plate in the bottom 6-8" of the panels to make them stiffer.

The thread also had some discussion of alternatives to Scamp's bi-fold design.
