Has anyone used the kind you weld or clamp on to the bumper that are the scissor jacks? I'm looking for some but don't know how good the clamp-ons are. I want the kind I can operate with an electric drill.

Look at these before you choose, they are easier to use, retract further and stabilize better...

BAL Deluxe Telescopic 24830 Stabilizing Jacks 24in.

I don't need much hold and the price was great. I like this style over the scissor jacks because you have to crank the scissor jacks forever. These you bend them into position release them click them once or twice and your done. Very fast and easy.

Steve good find! I paid that amount for just one jack for my Scamp at an RV shop in Las Vagas last winter when the 21 year old one on the trailer failed due to rust. Could not believe what the guy wanted and suggested to him that his price was incorrect that they were to be sold in pairs. No go. Oh well I was on the road and needed it.
