Two-piece table hardware

I would like to replace the retro fitted solid plywood table with a two-piece table in my '76 Trillium 1300. Does anyone have the necessary hardware? A bubble pack with just the hardware in it would be cheaper to mail so I'm not too interested in the table. just the hardware. Thanks.
