The original tan striped material?

I actually have a complete set of the oiginal curtains but they are badly faded and pretty much worn out

I'll send an inquiry to UHaul and if they should still have some original material it will be a definite EUREKA!! But, I do have extremely LOW expectations about that one!

No Eureka!

No joy from Mr. Frank Settles at UHaul International Parts. He advised that Uhaul destroyed all the camper parts over 10 years ago. So, the hunt continues...

Hang in there, Mr. Don. We get a regular stream of new UHaul owners through here and one of them will have original curtains that they want to upgrade.

So the original curtains are rare?? Do they demand a high price because they are rare? Should I put mine on ebay, advertise them as "extremely rare, obsolete, no longer available anywhere, in great demand, your chance of a lifetime, bid now, starting at the low low price of 99.95, plus only 29.95 shipping"!!! Actually I believe we only have the door curtain, I'll check to see if it is even useable.

Mr. Bob,
Yes, the hype may do it!!! ' Extremely rare curtains from a vintage CT-13 camper, these are from a smokefree, with no pets environment with an almost new appearance, available to the high bidder..' (don't wait til the last moment to bid as you may be disappointed! )'

Tired of looking at your original Uhaul curtains? Then consider selling them to ole don. For posterity I am trying to keep this particular CT all stock. Just so you know, I really love some beautiful bear curtains I have in another CT where originality is not a concern...

It's curtains for ya, Rocky!

I just opened my dryer after washing my original striped faded print uhaul CT curtains...

I may have left half the curtain material in the lint remover and the other half in the washer. They're clean what's left of them. Three need to be restitched as either the stitching unraveled in the wash or time had it's way with them.

I'm going to make new curtains. Another project....who knew?!

If you're still interested in them send a pm, so I can send you my Swiss Bank Acct to wire all those francs you'll be sending me!

To The Highly Esteemed Curtain Consigliere- Il Don,

Pschaw...after your timely deposit of not only Swiss Francs but buckets of shekels, my people have reported an increase in morale due to the lining of pockets around here. To hold their new found wealth, they've used Sunbrella material for their pockets which is sturdier than those curtains heading your way!
