I already lost the 3 panels on my Trillium Jubilee. I did not find a replacement, so I put 3 panels plexiglass to replace.

Afterwards, when I stopped on the road to eat, I had to modify the front of the trailer in dinette 2 places, it was not necessary to raise the panel to contemplate the landscape.

The good side of the problem ...

My 79 has 3 flat panels. The two outer ones have pinstriping on them to give it the louvered look.

I was considering changing them all and putting the new decal on that I got from Tom Young @ TrilliumRV. Dave Tilston did mention what the flat panels were made of and for the life of me I can't remember what it was. He said it was available through the Outback Trillium guys.

You can do what I did and go to Lowe's and buy a piece of FRP Panel (Fiberglass Reinforced Panel) you can get them in White, Cream, Beige even Black.. They have a pebble finish on one side and smooth on the other and they are very thin and strong, used most often in restrooms..
I painted mine put decals on them then clear coated them...
