Windows, lets see what you got.

Hey All!

So it turns out that aluminum extruded windows is out the window for the Flamingo, pun intended. I did the best I could to get approximate measurements of what I assume is the window hole in the Amerigo.

Any of you guys know what could best fit? if so, anyone selling? If the price is right I might as well replace the other windows too.

This is a first for me, so bear with me. Thank you for your time.

While you wait for the experts, try a web search for rv windows. Many results. Quite a few with rubber gasket mounts. good luck.

If you have the inner aluminum frame the screen is in you could make it a permanent window that canít open, that is what we did with ours, I will post pictures if that helps!

Many RVs use Hehr windows. I would start here
Then move on the other places looking for used by Hehr part number.

New window MFG for Amerigo

Hello Patdeesk,

I have received quotes from a few different companies for windows like the one you are looking to replace.

My sizes will be slightly different because I reduced them to allow for the wider flange this company produces on their extruded aluminum. I did not want it to overlap the bevel at the two lower corners.

The line I chose was the 1600 line and in the size you are requesting is as follows

Qty 1
Width 40 3/4"
Height 25 1/4"
Series 1600 Will fit wall thickness from

Shape Rectangle
Style Half slider

Corners 3" Radius
Frame color (You have options,I chose black powder coat)
Glass Tint 1/4" Solex (Clear is not recommended, this is a slight green like cars)
View Left or right (Call out the side of the camper correctly it matters for the seal)
Wall You choose it helps them with the interior z flange offset.
Cost for 1 = $369.00 ouch not including shipping and packaging.
However they are cheaper than other quotes I have received.
They do have two less expensive lines you can look into.

Thank you
