Can't send private message

I just spent 1 1/2 hours trying to respond to a private message from Graybeard who had a question about Bigfoots. I can't get it to show a sent message doing the normal "respond to message" and I can't get it to show a sent message just by sending him a new message. And yes, I am logged in. I have sent them to other users in the past with no problems using both methods.

Replys to PMs don't automatically show up in your Sent files. You have to click on a setting in "Additional Options." This menu shows up under "Go Advanced" in the reply window.

In your UserCP under Settings & Options, Edit Options, then Messaging & Notifications you can check the "Save a copy of sent messages in my Sent Items folder by default."

But remember, you have a limit of 1,000 saved PMs and every sent message saved counts toward that PM limit.
