As title says. Has been 3 hours now. As a new guy, do my posts have to get approved by Admin? Couldn't see anything in rules about it?

If there is a link in your post, it requires moderation, and that could take as much as 24 hours or more depending on their availability. They are all volunteers with day jobs and lives like the rest of us. The restriction on links prevents spammers from invading the site. I believe it goes away after 10 posts or so, could be wrong.

Otherwise, it should show up, as this one did. Welcome!
